Extended Tours

DAY 1:  OCTOBER 9, 2018

Take in Ontario’s very own beauty on this unforgettable five-day tour.  Travel today to Ontario’s North and enjoy the splendour of the changing colours of the Canadian fall foliage.  Accommodations this evening will be at the Hampton Inn Sudbury.  If there is enough interest, an optional visit to OLG Slots at Sudbury Downs will be offered.

DAY 2:  OCTOBER 10, 2018

Check out of the hotel this morning for a self-guided visit to Science North before continuing to Sault Ste. Marie.  Accommodations for the next two nights will be at The Water Tower Inn BW Premier Collection.  You’ll experience a true “resort” feel at The Water Tower Inn and everything you need is under one roof!  (B, L, D)

DAY 3:  OCTOBER 11, 2018

Today you will experience the 114 mile Algoma Central Railway; this wilderness excursion will take you over towering trestles, alongside pristine northern lakes and rivers, and through granite formations and mixed forests of the Canadian Shield.  Through the large picture windows, you will be able to capture the beautiful scenery so be sure to bring your camera!  Return to Sault Ste. Marie will be late afternoon and the evening will be free to enjoy at your leisure.  (B, L, D)

DAY 4:  OCTOBER 12, 2018

Depart Sault Ste. Marie for the first leg of your journey home.  Travel will take you to Ontario’s beautiful Muskoka’s region where you will overnight at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Huntsville.  The evening will be free to enjoy as you wish.  (B)

DAY 5:  OCTOBER 13, 2018

This morning you will board Lady Muskokas for a 2 hour and 45-minute cruise through the heart of the Muskokas.  You’ll see and experience everything Muskoka has to offer.  Wildlife, cottage life, Millionaires Row and everything in-between.  This is an incredible sightseeing opportunity you will be sure to remember.  Following the cruise, you will make your way home enjoying the beautiful fall foliage along the way.  (B, L)
